  1. We recently had experienced the nightmare of having the WM2501HWA front load washer. Although the quality of washing was great, the uncontrol bouncing, shaking and the damage caused by this of this washer to our basement ceiling (underneath the wash room) and kitchen cabinet (which as located on the opposite wall) when it entered the rinse and spin cycle eventually was the reason we had to return it. This machine shook and bounced so bad that the grates on the stove would vibrate and move pots on top around. Dry wall particals feel in our theater room in the basement and the kitchen cabinet started detaching from the wall.

We installed (at LG recommendation) sub floor and stablizing mounts in order to stablize this washer and to have LG blame its poor performance on the delivery was the last straw. The LG technician, evenutally broke down and admitied that this machine was designed to be installed in the basement on a concreate floor of a home. LG refused to replace the unit or fix the damamges. I eventually got HHGreg to return the product for normal Whirlpool wash and dryer.

My LG experience has lead such a bitter taste in my mount, that we will never purchase another LG appliance, even if it mean spending more for a different manufacture!
